An unusual scenery and a magical atmosphere await you on a trip to Adršpach and the Zdoňov Menhirs.

The Adršpach-Teplice Rocks are among the most visited places in the Hradec Králové Region – and it’s no wonder. This fairy-tale rock city, with its lakes and dramatic formations, attracts visitors from all over the world. That’s why it’s necessary to book your visit in advance. If you want to experience the rocks without the crowds, go outside the main season. You can extend your trip by visiting Adršpach Chateau or heading to the mystical Zdoňov Menhirs and the Cross Hill (Křížový vrch), which offers beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.

Day 4: On Foot from Pec pod Sněžkou to the Summit of Mount Sněžka

You can reach Sněžka from Pec pod Sněžkou via several paths, but the best option is to plan a circular route. First, climb through Růžová hora, where you can enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery and stop for blueberry dumplings at a local mountain hut. Then, continue all the way to the summit. At the top of Sněžka, you’ll find the Czech Post Office, where you can send a postcard with a unique stamp, as well as the St. Lawrence Chapel. From the summit, you’ll be treated to stunning views, and even though the weather can be unpredictable, it will be worth it.
